At Henson Shaving, we want you to experience the perfect shave with total confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 100 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start your return or exchange process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Henson razor and any unused accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
